God dwells and shines in the heaven. He sits enthroned between the cherubim and accepts their worship. Cherubims are those angels that shine and are glowing brightly. They close their feet and face and they continuously praise and worship the Lord in the heaven all the time.
Our Lord shines in that heaven where there is worship and praise all the time. If we want to see His glowing face, praise and worship are a must. Whenever we gather in the House of the Lord (the Church) and praise and worship Him, we can surely see His glowing face.
If we regularly and sincerely worship the Lord, His glowing face will always shine upon us. If we are sincere in worship the Lord, He will also be sincere in blessing us and shining His glory upon us and our lives.
When God shines upon us, all our problems, down-times, our sickness and everything else will fade away. When God’s glory shines upon us, we will walk in the righteous path and will receive all the blessings.
When we worship the Lord, His glory is expressed among the His people who worship Him.
Leviticus 16:2 – When God appears in the cloud over the atonement cover, the glory of the Lord is so bright and powerful that it can even kill a person. God’s glory is so powerful that it can destroy all our sorrows and problems.
It doesn’t matter how rich or powerful our worldly life is. If we fail to give importance to worshiping the Lord, we will miss Lord’s glory in our life. This will create various problems and unhealthy issues in our personal and spiritual lives.
1 Kings 8:10,11
God’s glory filled His temple when the priests were about to perform their service of worshiping the Lord.
Not only a Church, but our own body is also the temple of the Lord. If we worship the Lord using our own body, God’s glory will be expressed in our body. We will be witnesses for Lord’s Kingdom.
The glory of the Lord went up from the cherubim and moved to the threshold of the temple and talked to the man clothed in linen. God’s glory is not fixed to a place.
God’s glory can move from place to place (although we cannot find God’s glory in *all* places).
Plus, God’s glory can talk to us, human beings.
2 Chronicles 5:13
When the priests, trumpeters and singers started to praise and worship the Lord in unison with one voice accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, God’s glory was revealed and the temple was filled with a cloud. The glory of the Lord was so powerful that the priests could not perform their services.
Thus if we open our mouth and worship and praise the Lord, we can witness God’s glory.
Exodus 40: 33,34
When Moses finished the work of God in God’s tent, exactly as God instructed him, God’s glory filled the tent. When we just obey God’s word exactly as is, God’s glory will shine upon us.
Matthew 7:21 – It is very important that we do His will. Otherwise it doesn’t matter if we pray or worship, God’s glory will not shine upon us.
Matthew 6: 10 – When we do God’s Will we can bring His Kingdom and His glory down to earth, among us.
Thus if we praise and worship the Lord regularly and if we fulfill God’s Will, we can witness God’s glory in our lives and among us!
